erwartende Wertsteigerung in allen Kreisen und kreisfreien Städten unter die Lupe genommen.
Die besten Investitionschancen gibt es demzufolge in Teilen Niedersachsens (Landkreise
Gifhorn, Grafschaft Bentheim, Lüneburg, Osnabrück, Rotenburg/Wümme) und Schleswig-
Holsteins (Herzogtum Lauenburg) sowie in einigen Kreisen in Hessen (Bergstraße, Darmstadt-
Dieburg, Offenbach), Rheinland-Pfalz (Alzey-Worms, Südliche Weinstraße, Bad Dürkheim),
Baden-Württemberg (Waldshut, Tuttlingen) und Bayern (Straubing-Bogen). Die Analysten
verweisen allerdings auf Regulierungsrisiken infolge der Bundestagswahl, da die steigenden
Mieten weit oben auf der politischen Aufgabenliste der neuen Regierung stehen dürften.
